(Nasdaq:UTMD) announces that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of thirty cents ($.305) per share of common stock payable on April 3, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025. This is a 1.7% increase over the dividend declared in the same quarter of the prior year.
