(Nasdaq:IVP) ("Inspire" or the "Company"), an owner and provider of pet health care services throughout the U.S., today announced that it will effect a 1-for-25 reverse stock split ("Reverse Stock Split") of its authorized and issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock"). The Reverse Stock Split will become effective at 12:01am, Eastern Time, on January 27, 2025. At such time, each 25 shares of issued and outstanding Common Stock will automatically be reclassified into one new share of Common Stock. The total number of shares of Common Stock authorized for issuance will then be reduced by a corresponding proportion from 36,998,148 shares to 1,479,926 shares.
